Changquan Basic Set No.1
Changquan (Longfist style) originated from Northern style Chinese boxing and is characterised by long, low stances and wide sweeping arm movements and strikes.

strike Horse stance.
3. Bow-arrow stance
(kong pu). Reverse punch
Step 4 Step 5 Step 6
4. Simultaneous kick
with punch
5. As in 3. 6. Step back to horse
stance with side left punch.
Step 7 Step 8 Step 9
7. Close. Then open &
start to opposite side
8. Same as step 2 but this
time to the right
9. Same as step 3.
