Nanquan originated from Southern style Chinese boxing and is characterised by strong and compact moves which are delivered with power.

Tiger claw block-thrust
3. Horse stance (ma-pu). Tiger claw block 4. Block -thrust in half
kneeling stance (chi-long-pu)

5. Reverse punch 6. Horse stance, side punch.
End of 1st half.
7. As in step 2 but in
opposite direction.
