Nanquan originated from Southern style Chinese boxing and is characterised by strong and compact moves which are delivered with power.

1. Start 2. Ready postion. Look
left (sharply).
3. Left leg forward. Move to
horse stance. Palm thrusts.
4. Side block to the left.
Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Step 8
5. Side block to the right. 6. Low horse stance. Look left. 7. Move to bow-arrow stance.
Double chop with hands.
8. Hands grab and pull to
waist. Right leg push kick.
Step 9 Step 10 Step 11 Step 12
9. Move to bow-arrow stance.
Double chop with hands.
10. Move hands to block over head. 11. Same as step 6. 12. Same as step 3.
